Product: Strain Gauge Method for Elastic Modulus & Strength Determination

Strain Gauge Method for Elastic Modulus & Strength Determination

The Strain Gauge Method provides highly accurate strain measurement by generating an electrical signal directly proportional to the strain experienced by a specimen under load. This method is widely used for determining the Modulus of Elasticity and strength characteristics of concrete and other construction materials. It serves as an effective alternative to compressometer-extensometers, especially for specimens that do not meet the minimum size requirements for conventional deformation measuring devices. The strain gauges can be connected directly to MCC or Automax Multitest control consoles for cyclic loading and automatic modulus determination.

Supports up to 4 strain gauges in ¼ bridge configuration
Supports up to 8 strain gauges in ½ bridge configuration
Compatible with MCC and Automax Multitest control consoles
